Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

Before discussion with a consultant.

An NDA is used before hiring, or before entering into a partnership or collaborating on new projects. An NDA prevents someone from sharing or describing the details of how you run your business or information you have shared.

If you’re planning on hiring consultants, contractors, or employees, it would be wise to use an NDA before you outright hire them with an independent contractor agreement.
